The Popular Front of India (PFI) has come out in support of Tahir Hussain, saying that the suspended AAP councillor has become a victim of 'vicious politics'. AAP suspended Tahir Hussain from the party after Delhi police booked him for the murder of Intelligence Bureau officer Ankit Sharma during violence in northeast Delhi. Hussain also denied the allegations and claimed that he was the 'target' and 'not the attacker' during violence. Hussain said, 'I was the target and not the attacker. Just tell me one thing, will any rioter allow the police to enter his house if he is involved?'
