RTI applicant must disclose interest in matter, says Delhi HC

Delhi HC has said that an RTI applicant should disclose his/her interest in the information that is being sought. The court says that this is necessary to prevent a 'roving and fishing enquiry'. The court also says that non-disclosure of interest by the applicant could result in injustice to those whose information is being sought.
