Shaheen Bagh shooter Kapil Gujjar formally arrested, says ‘was tired of traffic jams’

Kapil Gujjar, the Shaheen Bagh shooter, has been formally arrested under Section 336 and 506 of the IPC as well as the Arms Act. He has claimed that he was miffed because he remained stuck in traffic for hours due to the protests. A pistol has been seized from his possession. Kapil had fired three shots in the air on Saturday in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh.
