Shocking reality of rehab centres exposed in Delhi State Legal Service Authority survey. Report reveals that inmates were subjected to physical assault. Owners and volunteers also sought sexual favours from inmates. Poor emergency facilities available for inmates in the centres. Survey was conducted in over 100 rehab centres in Delhi.
