GHMC results: Owaisi remains tight-lipped over alliance with TRS

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi refused to comment on having an alliance with K Chandrashekhar Rao’s party. Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), the single largest party with 55 seats, needs 12 more seats to stake a claim on the Mayor's post. Commenting on the Bharatiya Janata Party’s performance in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) election, Owaisi said it is a pyrrhic victory for the saffron party.
