Kerala varsity row: Assembly passes bill to remove Guv as chancellor

The Kerala assembly passed the crucial bill where the governor of the state can be removed from the post of the chancellor. The law minister has introduced an amendment where the chancellor can be decided by a three-member committee-Chief Minister, Leader of the Opposition and the Assembly Speaker.
