Adityanath inspects Goithaha sewage treatment plant in Varanasi

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Goithaha sewage treatment plant in Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi on Saturday. He inspected the functioning and took information from teh officials. While talking to reporters, Adityanath said, “For the development of Varanasi many projects have come up. 'Under Namami Gange initiative, project is underway to clean river Ganga from Gangotri to Gangasagar. The project of Goithaha’s Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is a part of it. This sewer with the capacity of 120 MLD is being ready to be cleaned with the investment of Rs 118 crore. This project will be completed by 30th September.”
