Accused of corruption in South Africa Gupta brothers arrested in UAE

Rajesh Gupta and Atul Gupta of the Gupta family have been arrested in the United Arab Emirates. This is a big development in South Africa’s effort to bring the financial fraud accused to face the law. The Gupta brothers are friends of former President Jacob Zuma. They are accused of financial fraud using the relationship.

Ahead of Holi, Delhi Police carried out a two-day crackdown under “Operation Aaghat 4.0” on March 1 and 2, detaining nearly 4,000 people across the city.
