Iran has issued one of its clearest messages yet on the future of the Lebanon conflict. Esmail Qaani, commander of the IRGC's Quds Force, has called for a complete Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon, insisting that Israeli forces return to positions held before the war. According to Iranian state media, Qaani also stressed that supporting the "resistance in Lebanon" remains a duty for those aligned with the resistance axis. The remarks come as Israeli forces continue operations across parts of southern Lebanon and as broader diplomatic efforts seek to preserve a fragile regional truce.
