Germany Shocks Ukraine: NATO Nation 'Regrets' Use Of U.S.' Anti-personnel Mines Against Russia

Germany has opposed Ukraine's decision to use U.S.-supplied anti-personnel landmines against Russia, a move that goes against the 1997 Ottawa Convention, which both Germany and Ukraine are party to.
