Israel says one soldier was seriously wounded and another lightly hurt in an explosive drone attack in southern Lebanon. The military blamed Hezbollah and called the strike a ceasefire violation. In response, Israel said it attacked more than twenty sites in the Beqaa Valley and southern Lebanon, including weapons depots and launch positions. No independent casualty figures were immediately available. Power Bank Catches Fire On IndiGo Hyderabad-Chandigarh Flight, All Passengers And Crew Evacuated

IndiGo flight 6E 108 from Hyderabad to Chandigarh experienced a safety incident after a passenger’s personal electronic device (PED) reportedly caught fire while the aircraft was still stationary after landing. Smoke was noticed coming from a bag before passengers could disembark, prompting the crew to carry out an immediate evacuation using emergency slides. All passengers were safely evacuated and shifted to the terminal, where they were assisted by airline staff. IndiGo informed the relevant authorities and confirmed that the aircraft will undergo mandatory safety inspections before resuming operations. The airline said passenger safety remains its highest priority, especially amid increasing concerns over lithium battery-related fire risks onboard aircraft.
