Iranian lawmaker Hosseinali Hajideligani claimed that Tehran possesses advanced missile systems capable of delivering destruction comparable to a tactical nuclear strike. He pointed to the Sejjil missile, a solid-fueled, two-stage system with a reported range of up to 4,000 km, capable of striking regional targets within minutes. The lawmaker also referenced another system, “Rastakhiz,” alleging it has dual warhead capabilities, including a potential electromagnetic pulse (EMP) effect designed to disrupt power grids and defense systems. Additionally, he claimed Iran has missiles capable of splitting into dozens of sub-warheads mid-flight—potentially overwhelming air defense systems like THAAD and Patriot missile system.
