A disturbing new video released by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group shows Israeli hostage Rom Braslavski, 21, looking emaciated and lying on the ground in Gaza. The terror group claims the footage was recorded just before it lost contact with the captors, leaving his current fate unknown. Braslavski’s family is devastated, accusing both militants and Israeli leadership of abandonment. They described him as starved, sick, and psychologically broken after 664 days in captivity.
