Russia has issued one of its harshest warnings yet to Ukraine after a deadly strike on a college building and dormitory in Starobelsk killed dozens of students, an attack Moscow says crossed a “red line.” In a strongly worded statement, Russia’s Foreign Ministry declared that its “cup of patience has overflowed” and warned of intensified strikes targeting Ukraine’s defence industry and military infrastructure in Kyiv.
