Kallas praised US trade tariffs on Moscow but insisted that tougher and united pressure is the only way to force the Kremlin to end the war in Ukraine. She argued that Russia’s demands for Ukrainian territories not under its control are a trap, and that Moscow has offered no concessions in peace talks.
