Watch: 7 crew rescued from damaged cargo ship at East China Sea

A small cargo ship named Jixiang 398 lost power about 175 kilometers east of Shanghai. The Donghai Rescue Bureau launched an emergency response that included 2 helicopters from the Gaodong heliport as well as a rescue boat. All 7 crew members were rescued.
