The landfall process of cyclone ‘Biparjoy’ initiated over the coastal areas of Gujarat and adjacent areas. Gujarat Home Minister who paid his visit to the affected areas in Devbhumi Dwarka shared an update on the same.“Last night was full of challenges and today morning again team Dwarka is working...there has been no record or casualties but some officers have sustained injuries while working amid the cyclone...In Devbhumi Dwarka around 10,000 pillars have fallen, 5 main lines have fallen due to which supply of electricity is getting difficult, 238 villages and 7 cities have lost electricity... we are working to get life back to normalcy,” said Harsh Sanghavi.
