Assam: 3 persons held with 33,000 bottles of banned cough syrup in Karimganj

Assam Police seized 33,000 bottles of cough syrup worth around Rs 2 crores in Karimganj of Assam on May 11. The cartons of cough syrup were seized from a truck along the Tripura border. Three persons have been apprehended in the matter. More details are awaited.
