Congress decides to back Pawan Bansal, Ashwani Kumar for now

Congress rejected the opposition's demand for the resignations of railway minister Pawan Bansal over a bribery scandal and law minister Ashwani Kumar for vetting a CBI investigation report on Coalgate, fearing that succumbing to political pressure would deepen the perception of a graft-ridden government.
