“Could perform relief operation swiftly due to state forces’ collaboration,” NDRF IG on Odisha train tragedy

IG of National Disaster Response Force Narendra Singh Bundela informed that the swift action at the Odisha train tragedy site was a result of the collaboration with state relief forces. “Nine NDRF teams have been withdrawn. It was a challenging operation. We could perform the relief operation swiftly due to collaboration from other forces. NDRF isn’t directly involved in the inquiry,” informed NDRF IG Narendra Singh Bundela.
