Eid al-Adha 2022: Muslims offer namaz at Jama Masjid in Panaji

Muslims across the world are today celebrating the Eid al-Adha, also called Bakrid, In India celebrations were held in many cities. In Panaji, Muslims offered namaz at Jama Masjid on this occasion. Muslims sacrifice animals like goats and buffaloes on this day. The day also marks the end of the annual Haj pilgrimage to Mecca.
