Modi highlighted that a “Viksit Bharat” goes beyond infrastructure and economic growth, requiring inclusive governance rooted in “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.” Acknowledging delays in implementing women’s reservation, he stressed the need to accept past shortcomings and move forward collectively. He also cautioned political opponents, stating that those resisting women’s reservation may face long-term consequences, as women voters have historically not forgiven those who opposed their rights and representation in governance.
