Dr. Anuj Agnihotri from Rawatbhata in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, has secured All India Rank 1 in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2025. Currently serving in the Union Territory cadre, he achieved the top rank in his third attempt.
