Lashkar commander Abu Musa Kashmiri has openly called for jihad and violence, saying Kashmir will not be won through talks but through bloodshed. His words closely mirror Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir’s recent speech targeting Hindus and reaffirming Kashmir as Pakistan’s “jugular vein.” Indian investigators say Musa has directly recruited terrorists involved in attacks like Pahalgam. The threat comes amid rising tensions, cross-border terror strikes, and India’s decisive retaliation under Operation Sindoor. This is no longer coded messaging. It is an open admission of Pakistan’s terror playbook.
