Raksha Bandhan 2020: Women tie rakhis to ITBP soldiers in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli

Local women from Uttarakhand’s Chamoli on August 02 tied rakhis to Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel. They also wished for the safety of the ITBP soldiers. Raksha Bandhan will be celebrated country-wide on August 03.
