UP: Devotees offer prayers at Hanuman Garhi Temple in Ayodhya on ‘Bada Mangalwar’

On the occasion of ‘Bada Mangalwar’, devotees thronged to the Hanuman Garhi Temple in Ayodhya of Uttar Pradesh on May 16. They also offered prayers at the temple. ‘Bada Mangalwar’ holds great significance among followers of Lord Hanuman. It is believed that Lord Ram met Lord Hanuman for the first time in ‘Jyestha’ month. Hence, every Tuesday in Jyestha month is celebrated as ‘Bada Mangalwar’.
