Woman who accused CJI Ranjan Gogoi of harassment opts out of probe
The female Supreme Court employee who had accused the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi of sexual harassment has now walked out of the inquiry into her complaint. She has alleged that the panel comprising three SC judges did not conform to the guidelines. The complainant told the panel on Tuesday that she was unhappy at being denied assistance of her lawyer and felt intimidated when facing the panel of judges. She also referred to being repeatedly asked about the delay in submitting her complaint against the CJI.
