Shubman Gill named India's new ODI captain, replaces Rohit Sharma ahead of Australia series

Shubman Gill has been named India’s ODI captain for the upcoming Australia tour, replacing Rohit Sharma. The 15-member squad includes Rohit and Virat Kohli, ensuring experience remains in the team, while Shreyas Iyer is vice-captain. The three ODIs will be played in Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne from October 19–25, followed by a five-match T20 series.
