Odisha: Sand artist sends out message on Raksha Bandhan, urges people to gift plants

International Sand artist and Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi president Sudarshan Pattnaik created a sand art on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. He urged people to protect the environment and ‘gift a plant’ to each other.
