Watch: Man park car in 'no- parking zone' garlanded with flower and fined ₹2500 in Varanasi

A strange incident came to light in Varanasi. where the young man parked his car in the middle of the road in a no-parking zone near the court. After which, people took his photo and made it viral on social media. Seeing the photo, Traffic Inspector Anurag Tyagi reached the spot and garlanded him with flowers. After which the crowd present there clapped. Then, the police handed over a challan for Rs. 2500 to him.
