'Avatar: The Last Airbender' is set to return for its highly anticipated second season. Ahead of the June 25 season premiere, the makers on Friday, unveiled a new action-packed trailer for the next chapter.

About 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' season 2

Season 2 picks up after Team Avatar’s victory in saving the Northern Water Tribe from the invading Fire Nation. Avatar Aang, played by Gordon Cormier, alongside Katara (Kiawentiio) and Sokka (Ian Ousley), embarks on a new mission to persuade the elusive Earth King to join the battle against Fire Lord Ozai, portrayed by Daniel Dae Kim.Their journey leads them to the legendary and heavily fortified city of Ba Sing Se, where Aang encounters Toph, played by Miyako, a fearless earthbending prodigy who agrees to train him in mastering earthbending alongside his existing air and water abilities.The new trailer offers fans a first glimpse at Ba Sing Se, intense bending battles and Aang’s earthbending training, teasing a darker and more expansive chapter in the live-action adaptation.
