Bae Na-ra is set to make his mark in the upcoming drama ‘Weak Hero Class 2’, according to a report by Star News. This drama is a sequel to ‘Weak Hero Class 1’, which was released on Wavve in November last year. The initial season featured talented newcomers Park Ji-hoon, Choi Hyun-wook, and Hong Kyung, and it received a warm reception from viewers. In fact, last month, the show won the award for Best OTT Original at the International OTT Awards. Following this success, the producer of ‘Weak Hero Class 1’ confirmed the production of Season 2, expressing gratitude for the support of the audience and promising to work hard on the next chapter.

Bae Na-ra's inclusion in ‘Weak Hero 2’ has now been confirmed, and Ryeoun is also considering an offer to join the main cast. Alongside Park Ji-hoon, who played a pivotal role in the success of Season 1, these actors are expected to lead the way as main characters in Season 2.

Bae Na-ra, who started his career in the musical industry in 2013, joined the boy group T-BIRD in 2019 and released the album ‘Rock Star’. He gained recognition in 2020 when he appeared on JTBC's ‘Phantom Singer 3’. However, it was his role as LGBT deserter Jang Seong-min (Nina) in the Netflix series ‘D.P. 2’, which premiered in July, that truly made him a standout. This performance earned him praise from none other than ‘Hedwig’ star John Cameron Mitchell.
