‘A Week Before I Die’ is not your regular drama—it's a mix of fantasy and romance. Imagine a story about a young woman named Jung Hee Wan (played by Kim Min Ha). She's 24 years old and feels really alone and sad. She doesn't even want to live anymore. Her childhood friend, Kim Ram Woo (played by Gong Myung), shows up out of the blue, and get this, he's a grim reaper!
So, Kim Ram Woo decides to make Hee Wan's last week before she dies super special. He takes her on an adventure to complete a bucket list. Recently, the team got together for a script reading, and we've got some cool pictures to share. The director, Noh Deok, and another director, Choi Ha Na, were there. The writers, Song Hyun Joo and Jang In Jeong, were also present. And of course, the awesome cast—Gong Myung, Kim Min Ha, Oh Woo Ri, Jung Gun Joo, Seo Young Hee, and Go Chang Suk.
Everyone was so into their characters during the script reading. Gong Myung, who plays the grim reaper, totally nailed it! He showed all the different sides of his character, from being shy in high school to returning as a Grim Reaper. The creators of the show are super excited. They said, "We're happy to work with talented actors on this special drama. Get ready for a show that's all about the warm feelings of first love and the true meaning of life!"
Other cool actors like Oh Woo Ri, Jung Gun Joo, Seo Young Hee, and Go Chang Suk were there too. They play important roles in Hee Wan's life. The show ‘A Week Before I Die,’ will hit our screens in 2025.
