The weekend television landscape witnessed a fierce battle for viewership ratings on March 23, with the premiere of two highly anticipated dramas igniting excitement among audiences.

‘Hide’ is a gripping mystery thriller boasting an ensemble cast featuring Lee Bo Young, Lee Moo Saeng, and Lee Chung Ah. The debut episode secured an average nationwide rating of 4.1 percent, setting a promising tone for its future episodes.

In a simultaneous premiere, ‘Beauty and Mr. Romantic’ emerged as a frontrunner in the ratings race. Starring Im Soo Hyang and Ji Hyun Woo, the drama secured an impressive nationwide average rating of 15.3 percent, becoming the most-watched program of any genre on Saturday.

Meanwhile, ‘Queen of Tears’, continued its reign at the top with unparalleled dominance. Despite the fierce competition from the newcomers, the hit romance drama managed to retain its position with an average nationwide rating of 11.0 percent, marking a significant milestone as it achieved its highest ratings to date for a Saturday airing.

As the curtains closed on its first season, ‘Flex x Cop’ bid farewell to audiences with a commendable performance, culminating in an average nationwide rating of 9.3 percent. Simultaneously, ‘Wonderful World’ began on the second half of its journey, earning a nationwide average rating of 6.3 percent.
