Afghanistan

is a matter of common concern for both India and

Russia

said on Monday.

"Afghan soil should not be a source of terrorism for other countries in the region," Kudashev said.

Talking about the government to be formed in Afghanistan, the Russian envoy said "We want an

inclusive government

in Afghanistan. The situation should be predictable and stable."

"Afghan people deserve peace, stability and sustainable development just as any other nation," Kudashev further said.
