Following the surgery, Clavicular appeared with a bandage on his nose, which is clearly visible in the right side of the fan-made video.

That recent change gave fans plenty of material for jokes, and the Michael Jackson comparison quickly became the center of the meme. The overlay text asking, “Who had a better nose job?” is a playful reference to Michael Jackson’s multiple rhinoplasties over the years and Clavicular’s latest cosmetic procedure.

The post was shared by @Clav0Updates, an account known for posting fan updates and lighthearted content related to @Clavicular0. Rather than reporting actual news, the account was clearly joining in on the online jokes surrounding the streamer’s recovery.
