Desmond Scott divorce drama grows as woman seen with him in viral video breaks silence on cheating rumors
Desmond Scott and Marissa Springer are at the center of a fast-moving online storm, and now one voice is speaking up clearly. The woman seen kissing Desmond Scott says she is not the person he allegedly cheated with. As rumors spread across social media, Marissa Springer says her name is being dragged into a story that is not hers.
The woman spotted with viral TikTok chef Desmond Scott has denied claims that she played any role in his marriage breakdown. His estranged wife, Kirsty Scott, recently filed for divorce and accused him of infidelity. But Marissa says people got the facts wrong, and she wants the truth out.
In a short video shared on social media, Marissa Springer spoke directly to viewers. She made it clear she was not involved in the alleged cheating and asked people to stop spreading false stories about her.
Marissa Springer, 24, addressed the viral photos showing her kissing Desmond Scott. Speaking calmly, she said, “I’m going to say this one time and one time only, I’m not the one he cheated with. Everyone involved in this situation knows that it was not me.” She did not name Desmond or Kirsty in the video, but the message was clear.
She also spoke about rumors about her gender identity. Marissa said, “Let’s clear the air right now: I am definitely not transgender. I have always been a girl, I was born a girl, I am a girl, I’m just a girl. I love being a girl.” She added that calling someone gay as an insult is wrong and should not happen in 2026.
As the video continued, Marissa explained how she met Desmond. She said she did not know who he was at the time. “I don’t have kids, I don’t cook, I don’t really watch family content. I’m not on that side of TikTok,” she said. According to her, they met at a bar and the moment felt natural.
Marissa also shared that many fake accounts are using her name and photos. “There’s so many fake accounts of me right now and a whole fake relationship. I don’t have a boyfriend,” she said. She added that hate was coming her way no matter what, but she wanted to clear her name.
Near the end of her video, Marissa said that people connected to the situation have received death threats. She did not say who was targeted.
Last month, Kirsty Scott filed for divorce from Desmond Scott, citing alleged infidelity and stating there was no chance for reconciliation. Court documents confirmed the filing. The couple met as teenagers, married in 2014, and share two children. They were known online for family-focused content.
After the news became public, Desmond shared a statement on his Instagram Story. He wrote, “Toward the end of 2025, I wanted to separate, and I had conversations with Kirsty regarding this. During this period, I made choices that I am not proud of.” He added that he took responsibility and asked for privacy.
