Barron Trump, the youngest son of former President Donald Trump, began his college journey at New York University, where he shares a campus with Chance Combs, daughter of rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs. This comes at a time when Diddy faces serious legal issues, having been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking.

Chance, announced her acceptance to NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts last December. The 17-year-old shared her excitement on Instagram, posting a video of the moment she received her acceptance letter while in the car with her mother, Sarah Chapman. Accompanied by photos of her visiting the campus and exploring New York City, she captioned the post, “NYU! Dreams do come true!!” Her father, Diddy, publicly supported her during the application process, though his legal troubles have now taken center stage.

Barron Trump, 18, was spotted at NYU this week, flanked by Secret Service agents as he attended his first day at the Stern School of Business. His decision to study at NYU over the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where his father studied, surprised many. Donald Trump explained that Barron chose NYU for its proximity to their Manhattan residence and for the strength of its business program. Barron, who graduated from Oxbridge Academy earlier this year, also plans to continue playing soccer while pursuing his studies.

Barron's choice to stay in New York could have implications for his mother, Melania Trump, who is said to be keen on remaining in the city should Donald Trump return to the White House.
