The lawsuits, filed in New York, detail allegations of drugging and sexual assault at parties hosted by Combs.

The first woman, identified as a member of New York's hip-hop industry, claims she was drugged and forced into sexual activity at Combs' events. According to Billboard, she alleges she was sexually assaulted at a "shadow party" at a bar in New York and at the Limelight nightclub. She further claims that Combs' security guard took her to a penthouse at the Trump Hotel, where she was assaulted while Combs watched.

She also alleges she was coerced into taking drugs and forced to "engage in a group sex activity that [they] did not want to participate in."

The second woman, also involved in New York’s hip-hop scene, describes a similar experience at the Limelight nightclub. She alleges that she and a friend were taken to the Trump Hotel, drugged, and forced into sexual acts while Combs observed. She further claims she was raped by a club promoter at Combs' direction.

Additionally, she states that in 1997, she was hired as a bottle-service attendant at a Combs-hosted party in the Hamptons. She alleges she was given marijuana and encouraged to drink from coolers, after which she began to lose consciousness. During this time, she claims, Combs was present while his associates sexually assaulted and raped her.

Combs’ legal team denies allegations
Combs' legal team has dismissed the allegations, calling them "publicity stunts."

"Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor," they told Billboard.

Criminal trial set for May 5
Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial, which is set to begin on May 5.

He faces multiple charges, including operating a criminal enterprise, drugging victims, and using violence to silence them. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
