Bollywood has always welcomed newcomers with open arms whether it was Shah Rukh Khan, Manoj Bajpai, Vidya Balan but only few of them could make it big. But these actors didn’t lose hope and tried their luck on TV and what Bollywood could not give them, small screen offered these actors. They are currently the big names of Television. Here we list down Bollywood's flop actors hit on TV.
Armaan Kohli who is currently seen in Bigg Boss season 7 and played a negative role in multi starrer Jaani Dushman tops the list of actors who could not make big in Bollywood inspite coming from a Bollywood family. He is the son of producer-director Rajkumar Kohli. However, his stint in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss has given his career a new lease of life. He has emerged as the ultimate bad boy on the show all thanks to his numerous fights and the abuses thrown by him on housemates. It is not wrong to say that the reality show has definitely revived Armaan’s career and Bollywood has got a fresh face to play strong negative roles. 

Tanishaa Mukherjee: Next on our list is actress Tanishaa Mukherjee. She is another actor who has flopped at every step in Bollywood. Tanishaa tried to follow in the footsteps of her mother Tanuja and sister Kajol. She even tried to revive her career through a lot of skin show in Yashraj’s film Neal 'n' Nikki but nothing helped and the film bombed at the Box-Office. However, her stay in Bigg Boss house seems to be proving good for the actress as her relationship with fellow inmate Armaan Kohli is currently the talk of the town and she is seen as one of the probable winners of Bigg Boss 7 title.

Apurva Agnihotri: TV has proved to be a safe option for those who couldn't make it in Bollywood and one amongst them is Apurva Agnihotri. Apurva made his debut with a promising role in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pardes. However after trying his luck in Bollywood for a few more years, Apurva decided to move to TV when his Bollywood career failed to take off. The actor was an instant hit on TV with shows like Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin, Biddai, Radha Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi.  

Ronit Roy: He is one of the highest paid and respected actors on TV but the actor first made his acting debut in the Bollywood film Jaan Tere Naam. After doing a couple of unsuccessful films, Ronit moved to the small screen and played some popular roles like Mihir Virani from Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi bahu Thi, Rishabh Bajaj from Kasauti Zindagi Kay.

Vivek Mushran tasted popularity over night and suddenly became popular as the ILU ILU boy in Bollywood. But after three four flop films Vivek disappeared from Bollywood. After some years the actor was then seen on the small screen in a fiction show Son Pari and since then he has done many shows. Currently he is working in Sony TV's serial "Parrvarish" as a father where he is paired opposite Shweta Tiwari.
