Top 5 ways to protect yourself from the evil eye

Are you noticing a sudden dip in your energy, unexplained setbacks, or a sense of heaviness that just won’t lift? If yes, then it's important to consider the impact of the evil eye.

Nazar, or the evil eye, isn’t just superstition. It’s the invisible energy that disrupts peace, health, and prosperity. You might feel drained, restless, or stuck for no logical reason. That's usually when you need to stop overthinking and start clearing your energy.

Here are five time-tested remedies to get rid of the evil eye -

2/6

Mustard seeds and red chilli method

Take a pinch of mustard seeds, red chilli, and salt. Circle it around the affected person’s head three times, then burn it. This helps draw out negative energy stuck to their aura. It’s best done on Tuesdays or Saturdays.

3/6

Lemon-Chilli totka

String together 7 green chillies and 1 lemon. Hang it at the main entrance of your home or office. Replace weekly. This acts as a protective field that keeps harmful glances and envy at bay.

4/6

Camphor cleansing

Light a small piece of camphor and allow the smoke to circulate throughout your living space. This not only removes negative energy but also creates a peaceful, uplifting environment.

5/6

Rock salt detox

Keep a bowl of rock salt in the corners of your home or rub some around your body before a shower. Salt absorbs negativity and is a powerful energy neutralizer.

6/6

Black dot protection

Applying a small black dot behind the ear or under the feet, especially on children, isn’t cosmetic. It acts as a protective symbol that blocks the entry of evil intentions.

The truth is, Nazar exists. And thankfully, so do remedies. Try them with intention, and you’ll experience the shift.

Yes. I know. I am very much vulnerable to the evil eye! I walk in the open terrace in the mornings. For the past 3 or 4 weeks my leg muscles are cramped!
