The most interesting thing is that people from India would be able to witness this Lunar Eclipse just for 15 minutes starting from 06:30 to 06:47 PM after the moonrise. Because the Moon rises earlier in the northeastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Bengal, people there will have a better chance of seeing the eclipse. On March 3, Sutak kaal will start from 06:23 AM in the morning and it will end with the Eclipse. Holi is celebrated on Phalguna Purnima, the full moon day of the Hindu month of Phalguna. Hindus believe that eclipses are related to the myth of Rahu and Ketu, two shadow planets that are supposed to disturb the moon' energy during a grahan.
