Dr. Shailesh Kr. Agrawal and Prof. Sanjeew Kr. Singh

Dr. Shailesh Kr. Agrawal is Professor of Practice at IIT Roorkee and former Executive Director of BMTPC, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India. He has worked extensively in affordable housing, disaster-resistant construction, and innovative building technologies.


Prof. Sanjeew Kr. Singh is the Chief Scientist at CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee, and an expert in sustainable construction materials, concrete technology, and structural rehabilitation. He has contributed significantly to research, technology transfer, and infrastructure development in India.
