Tata Steel v-president to chair National Committee on Mining

KOLKATA: Arun Das Baijal, Vice-President (Raw materials and Iron making) of Tata Steel would chair the newly-constituted National Committee on Mining of CII.
CII has decided to form this committee to serve its mining companies in the country which included various segments of mining sector like coal, iron ore, lead, zinc, limestone, bauxite, gold, diamond etc., a Tata Steel press release issued here today said.
This committee would be represented by select CII members engaged in mining operations and related activities.
