Drug peddler carrying Rs 10,00 reward held in Firozabad

AGRA: Ramgarh police of Firozabad district apprehended one alleged drug peddler on Sunday night from Friends Fuel point, close to bypass road. The accused was on the run for long. He was wanted in cases of drug and weapon smuggling.
The accused, identified as one Aas Mohammad carried a reward of Rs 10,000. A country-made pistol was recovered from him.
Vikrant Kumar, station house officer of Ramgarh, said, “Last year in the month of December, the accused managed to flee after a close encounter but his associate Dulful was arrested with a weapon.Both of them are drug peddlers and were wanted in several criminal cases.”
“On Sunday night, we received an anonymous input about the accused, Aas Mohammad. Our team arrested him from Friends Fuel point close to bypass road,” he added.
