AGRA: A 26-year-old man and father of a five-year-old child posted an explicit video of his 17-year-old sister-in-law online after she rebuffed his advances.
The man, who works in a private company in Ghaziabad, had been sexually exploiting the girl for the last two years, forcing her to pretend to be his wife at hotels where they used to stay.
Last week, when the girl refused to accompany him to a hotel in Agra, he posted an explicit video online.

Resident of Sadar cantonment area, the victim finally stood against the exploitation and filed an FIR against the man.
Speaking to TOI, station officer Ashok Kumar Singh of Sadar police station said, "The accused had been sexually exploiting his minor sister-in-law since 2014, when she came to Bulandshahar in his sister's wedding. According to the girl, the man had raped her on the wedding night by offering her drink laced with intoxicant. He made video of the act and kept on threatening to post it online."
"After the wedding night, on several occasions the man took her to hotels in Ghaziabad and Agra and sexually exploited her. Each time they went to the hotel, he clicked her nude pictures and made videos," said station officer.
"Last week, when he came to Agra, he asked her to accompany him in a hotel, but she rebuffed. Infuriated over refusal, he posted the intimate video on online and informed her parents about it," added SO.

Police have arrested the accused and booked him under IPC section 376 (rape), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation), 328 (Causing hurt by means of poison, etc., with intent to commit and offence), IT act 67 (Punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form) and 3/4 POCSO act.
