Ahmedabad: Thieves again steal music systems from three cars

AHMEDABAD: A gang which breaks window glasses of cars and steals things from within has once again struck in the western part of the city. Just this Thursday, the gang had broken window glasses of three cars near Vijay crossroads and stolen music systems and rear-view mirrors. On Friday, possibly the same gang again broke window glasses of three cars in Naranpura and Paldi area of the city and stole music systems along with other valuables.
Mahesh Vanzara, 26, of Naranpura has lodged a complaint stating that on the night of November 6 he had parked his car near block A of Lakhudi Socieity. Next morning, he saw the glass window of his car broken. Cash of Rs 18,300, its music system including speakers and amplifier were missing.
In the second incident, Sanjay Desai of Deepkunj Society on Narayannagar road, Paldi, stated thieves broke the window glasses and stole music systems worth Rs 80,000.
