NEED exam forms available

Ahmedabad:National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, has announced the dates forfirst-ever National Entrance Examination for Design Studies (NEED). It will be a national levelexamination, which will make students eligible for admissions into undergraduatecourses at NID and six other designing institutes. The forms of NEED will beavailable from October 6 at selected branches of Bank of India. The last date of submission isNovember 28 and the test will be conducted on January 4. This test will be for studentsaspiring to get admission into the eight undergraduate courses offered by NID,which all put together have 90 seats. Including NID, there are seven designinstitutes across the country that will accept NEED scores.
