AHMEDABAD: When Khokhra resident Satish Patel was unable to withdraw money, he vented his angst by smashing the glass door of
Indian Bank in Khokhra. Patel lost his cool when the bank closed at 4pm before he could withdraw money.
He had been in a queue for four hours. The complaint was filed by the bank's assistant manager Praveen Pandya.“Pandya alleged that at 4 pm on Tuesday, when he told people in the queue that bank hours were over and they would have to return the next day, Patel got enraged and said that the bank will have to give his money.
He then smashed the glass door of the bank with his fist,“ said a police source.
