The chief judicial magistrate (CJM) court has ordered to register case of fraud against district government council (revenue).

SHRAVASTI: The chief judicial magistrate (CJM) court has ordered to register case of fraud against district government council (revenue). The judgment came after dispute in the registry of Lohiya trust land as the case was filed by the victim under section 156 (3).
The district government advocate (revenue) Babu Ram Yadav had a land registered in the name of Lohiya trust for the construction of office of Samajwadi party and later Indira Srivastava resident of Purani bazaar of Bhinga city had claimed her ownership on the land.

The victim alleged that DGC had his name registered on the papers fraudulently.
The victims had filed a complaint at the CJM court under section 156(3) and while hearing the case the CJM Brijendra Pandey ordered the Bhinga kotwali to register the case and investigate into the matter also provide a copy of the investigation report to the court within 15 days.
